The other week when I was spending a lot of time thinking about red I noticed red leaves against the blue sky and thought (that would be beautiful) or red apples against green leaves (another winner!)
It’s so funny you mention that! I’ve actually been getting color inspo from… MUMS! LOL. Taking the time to pause, look up, and enjoy the fall foliage is such a wellness flex, and I love that for you. When I start to get stressed, I actually remind myself to pause, look at the trees, and really take it in—because before I know it, they’ll be gone!

My brother and his inlaws have a family tradition where every year for the Holidays they get each other a big Lego piece and they have a competition on who finishes first.
