“At the risk of sounding like a real freak, I have been reading/listening/watching a lot of content on longevity, and being outside in sunlight first thing in the AM and while the sun is setting is great for your circadian rhythm! I think you have hacked your problem, but please do report back!”
Love the peasant blouse. So relaxed. And you look relaxed in it. Feeling good does partially come from what you are wearing just as your outfit can sometimes be dependent on your mood. Agreed.
I always say, "Look good, feel good, play good." Even if the day feels blah, if I can pull myself together in an okay-ish way, I can usually muster the strength to get through it without a meltdown. LOL.

Now I shall respond. 😉
I wonder if we’re reading/listening to the same stuff! So far, so… sleepy. I’m feeling hopeful that I won’t live a life of melatonin and scrolling.
My newest interest? Random freezing cold showers. This is my new secondary strategy that I’m convinced will solve all of my life’s problems.
Give me a few weeks and I’ll drop most of these habits and latch onto something new. LOL.
